Tuesday 7:45am-8:30am: Faith Flow

Wednesday 9-10am: Christian Dance Fusion

Thursday: 11-noon: Barre

Friday 9-10am: Faith Flow

OUR CLASSES EXPLAINED

Ages 18+

- Praise & Worship is a dance class incorporating sign language & flags.

- Faith Flow is for mobility & stretching, incorporating "flowy dance" through the stretch in a way someone with no dance background can grasp.

- Barre classes are ballet barre style, small movements with big impact on toning and burning calories.

- Christian Dance Fusion is an 8-count style dance class like you may have experienced in a zumba class, but we use Christian praise songs.
