June Dance Intensives: Worship Werk

We are excited to welcome Liz Bezler, owner of WorshipWerk, whose heart for worship movement and strong technical foundation create a training environment that challenges dancers while encouraging artistry and authenticity to who God created them to be.

This intensive helps dancers deepen discipline, confidence, and performance presence while being poured into by instructors who value both excellence and heart.

Dancers will focus on:
✨ Musicality, Choreography and performance for an audience of One King Jesus

✨ Technique refinement with a focus in Contemporary or Hip-Hop
✨ Leaps, turns, and skills training - physically & mentally
✨ Flexibility, strength, and conditioning

Class meets for 1.5 hours from 5:30-7pm. This is split by age group.

Who Is Worship Werk & Liz Bezler?!

Worship Werk was founded by Liz Bezler, a professional dancer and choreographer who spent 10 years dancing professionally in Los Angeles before relocating to Dallas. A lifelong competitive dancer, Liz has performed for artists like Enrique Iglesias and worked with brands and productions including Disney, Netflix, Hulu, and World Expo Dubai.

Worship Werk is a donation-based hip-hop dance class created to merge dance and worship. In addition to in-person classes, Worship Werk offers online virtual training.

More than choreography, Worship Werk is a high-energy, joy-filled space to move, sweat, and glorify God through dance—welcoming dancers of all backgrounds who want to worship with their whole body.

July Dance Training: Injury Prevention & Musicality

Meet with us for 1 hour Mon-Thurs July 20-23

or choose 1 day to drop into

$100 for the 4 classes

$35 drop in on a single day

These classes are focused on

injury prevention as a dancer & skills training to strengthen your turns, leaps, and ability to perform.

Mon July 20 - Strength/Conditioning

Tues July 21 Stretch/Recovery

Wed July 22 Leaps/Turns

Thurs July 23 Musicality

Taught by guest teacher Rachel Farmer who uses her decades of dance training & teaching to foster inspiration and movement alongside the intention of dancing for the joy and glory of Christ.

Rachel is prayerful & meticulous when it comes to her training & how she interacts and levels-up dancers.

Training our Paradise City students multiple summers, she continually refreshes us with the joy she brings to technical skills training.

Extra Details

What to Wear

BOYS:

  • T-shirts & exercise shorts

  • Dance shoes (if you have them)

  • Clean tennis shoes not worn outside - aka no sandy, muddy, dirty shoes on the dance floor.

GIRLS:

  • Dance shoes (if you have them, no need to buy them for camp, we do have some shoes they can borrow): ballet, jazz shoes, turners

  • Exercise appropriate attire

    • T-shirt & exercise pants or shorts*

    • dance leotards with tights & a skirt*

    • or dance leotards with shorts*

    • hair pulled back & out of the face the whole day

      * short shorts & skirts need tights, longer shorts do not

Withdrawal Policy

We understand that plans can shift, and we do our best to accommodate changes when possible. However, due to the planning and staffing required for each intensive & each special extra dance opportunity, we follow the refund policy below:

Refund Deadlines

  • 30+ days before intensive: 100% refund (minus any processing fees)

  • 14–29 days before intensive: 50% refund

  • 13 days or less before intensive: No refund available, however, funds can be applied to your family's account

  • STEPUP Students: We can apply the refund to your account for future use OR write a check to StepUp and then this processes through their organization and they will put the funds back on your student's account.
